Jake, the founder of Connected Strong defines depression as “a slow forming mental illness that gets the bad rap of being ‘nothing’”.  One of the ways that individuals can cope with depression is connecting with others that go through the same problem. This is why we created is a perfect place to connect with people going through the same experiences and become strong together!
